Selling real estate for over 20 years has given me the opportunity to work with so many wonderful people. In order to provide the best possible service to my clients, I strive to stay informed on the latest industry trends and work constantly to hone my skills. I have a number of designations, such as the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation, which is advanced professional training spanning many topics over several years. I was trained as an Accredited Buyer's Representative which helps me honor the relationship with my buyers and educate them on the process of buying while providing tools that help them to get the information they need in order to compete in this ever changing real estate market. The Senior Real Estate Specialist training has given me the skills to work with maturing clients by helping them through the challenges that may come with making life changes. For my seller clients, completing my Staging designation has been a huge benefit for preparing their homes for sale. Clients who move and need assistance managing real estate from afar benefit from my training as a Certified Association Manager(CAM). All of these designations have helped elevate my skills and provide ongoing tools and resources.
My skills as a real estate professional include marketing, staging, negotiating, communicating with clients, attorneys, and loan officers, appraisers, property managers and other Realtors. I am also responsible for attending open houses, home and smoke inspections, obtaining final water readings and closing certificates. It is important to me to make the process as enjoyable as possible for both sellers and buyers. My clients put their trust in me and I honor that and take that responsibility very seriously.
